Es obra de Gaia Segattini, creadora del fantástico e interesante blog sobre handmade Vendetta Uncinetta, y lo descubrí a través de un festival de cocina creativa que hacen en Reggio Emilia (Food Inmersion), en Italia, donde ella misma impartirá un taller de cómo hacerlo el próximo domingo (por si alguien tiene la suerte de estar en Italia, va bien saberlo!).
